The hall rests in a peaceful woodland setting in the quiet village of Ingleby Greenhow on the edge of the North York Moors, and was completely rebuilt in 1999 and re-opened in time to celebrate the Millennium.
We are a registered charity and primarily serve the communities of Old Battersby, Battersby Junction, Easby, Low Easby and Ingleby Greenhow. The hall is used regularly by many local groups and is available to hire for private functions, parties, fundraising events etc.
From time to time we also provide high quality entertainment – theatre, music, ceilidhs etc. to raise funds for hall improvements.
Facilities
The facilities include the main hall, meeting/supper room, kitchen and toilets. The building is easy access with easy access toilet, hearing loop and loudspeaker (one microphone) system and a stage.
